Traffic Safety Laws

DRIVE SMART Virginia has been the champion of traffic safety for ten years. We work to protect all Virginians as they travel on the roadways throughout our great Commonwealth. Having effective laws in place to insure that citizens both understand the steps that they must take to remain safe on our roadways and implement these steps is crucial.
